I have 7 years of experience as a property manager, looking after all kinds of properties from small flats up to large HMO houses, meaning I have all the necessary knowledge on rental legislation and regulations.

I take a hands on, practical approach to managing all of our properties, to ensure that a handyman is only called out if really necessary. This saves landlords unnecessary costs, and means I don’t hassle landlords on a regular basis. If it’s something as simple as topping up a boiler, fire alarm maintenance, or internet failures, I will always visit the property myself and try to fix things first, which is all included in the monthly management fee.

I have a great team of plumbers, electricians, roofers, carpenters and general handymen on board, as well as more specialist tradesmen, to ensure any maintenance on your property is done to a high standard and at a reasonable cost.

I offer a variety of management services, which are flexible, to ensure that all landlords find something that is suitable for them. I also offer a tenant find service for those landlords that want minimal involvement in renting out their properties. I have 4 years experience in the private residential sector in Bristol. I am also an investor and landlord in Bristol myself, so I understand exactly what landlords want and need when it comes to having someone else look after your property.

 I create good quality adverts and market properties to make sure it is appealing to the target market, whether that be students, working professionals, families etc. I personally meet all prospective tenants on viewings to get a gauge on whether they would be a suitable tenant and fit in well with any other tenants that may be living in the property. Personally meeting tenants as well as reference checks is the best way to get the highest quality tenants in your property. It’s something I do when marketing my own property and has been highly successful.
